i did bmx beofre i scootered, then both for a while, now i pretty much only scooter

cup things on the top and bottom of the neck with ballbearings in them is the headset, those 2 large nuts are used to adjust it. loosen the two screws on the clamp, take your bars off, loosen the headset nuts slightly, then put the clamp and bars back on. the pro is much better than new a's...
