I have heard of other people saying there MGP cups are really hard to get out, but mine came out really easy. I think it has something to do with how tight you run your headset. Like, if you run it tight then the cups don't move, but if it's a bit lose the cups play and come loose?

In my experiences ( 2 cases ) a 110 wheel will fit in the back of an Mgp. The only problem you might have is that is is an extremely tight fit. If this happens you can put an old bearing under the brake spring. This will sit it up a tiny bit, but enough for the wheel to fit. Depends on how used...
