same problem at a lot of parks, there are a few ways to handle it. 1. age limit. make it around 8 or something. can be universal or only apply to scooters. most of the big parks have them, keeps out kids who ride in circles but kids who are really really good/committed but underage can...

to get speed, do you drop in or go the opposite direction first and air? i wish i could go, but its kinda far... im happily surprised that they let you do that despite liability related retardation. maybe the world isn't completely insane yet.
