Na don't think so The top of downtube is like squashed so the cross bar fits so they are pretty dodgy. Got em off someone at the local for like $10 bucks. He said he got em off ebay and the description said they were made in his home workshop.... Dodgy but alright for 10 bucks

They are homemade, I didn't make them though. The guy said "made in my home workshop" therefore homemade....
