take a flat head screwdriver and slowly pry it off thats what i had to do

most steel forks bend with pegs...

you can just get an hic shim and put it over the fork and put the bars on ive seen a couple people do it......it works

inward jaws are amazing i think they are 25 bucks or you can buy one used from somebody

take an old fork tube and stuff it in the bars unless they are oversized then take a hic shim or a piece of standard bar and stuff it inside

just tighten one part on your scooter at a time until you find the problem

24 high and your 5"10 no im 6"2 and i ride 23 high and thats perfect i'd go with the hic option if you have done it before or know someone who has done it.
