ics with district bars
they dont pre install the starnut and yes put alot of lock tight on it unless you like to take your scooter apart often

align the forks and bars before you put the bars on all the way on it works way better and is alot faster

Do you need bearing spacers???
you dont need them but its alot better with them. You can tighten your wheels as much as you want and your bearing will last longer. But its your choice you dont need to use them
