Same price range as the artefact doe. Having size 12 feet, I prefer a 21 deck over a 20.5 that feels like a 20.

Never rode the 1.2 or Trail but Id take the Theory over Artifact any day. Theory basically feels like another version of a threshold.

In my opinion, that's not really a good scooter. If your son likes crisp, get the newer 2014 models where the improved the design and strength a lot. But ya, no go on that scooter imo.
