1st q: no 2nd q: i use 1 7/16" 3rd q: for new a headtubes as long as the headset are NOT intergrated and are 1" size, for any other headtube, as long as theyre 1 1/8" size and arent integrated unless you buy integrated decks i.e. phoenix integrated, tsi integrated, ambush integrated etc

you have to to use scs, unless you get a lock nut and ics bolt but thats probly too complicated for you

it wont break yes, but i recommend (IMO) maybe a stock ultra pro with the fsa headset, odi longnecks and new griptape, thats wat i had for a while wen i wasnt a newbie and it worked out fiiiiiiiine
