You don't want an aftermarket threaded headset, its a waste of money. Get a district pro sealed headset, they work even with threaded forks, just use the top nut to compress it.

Ronny, the holes are cut in places that don't really weaken or strengthen the deck. It's just the platform that has holes in it (that i can see), so it's just making it lighter.

If the forks are somewhat thick then it'll be fine honestly
