The rough shape of the whole deck is cold forged, and then the details, such as the bore for the headset, and bottom of the deck is milled. It's basically just made out of one big block of aluminum.

That's what I'm saying. Lucky didn't design any of the parts. Lucky just told VertX to design them a scooter deck/fork/whatever and sell it to them. That's for every single Lucky part. I'm tired of all the kids in here just jumping in and thinking that VertX steals shit.

Decks get ground down when you grind on them. Especially on the sides. Don't ask me, I'm not the manager. Sorry, but this post was just dumb. And VertX started the parts. Nobody at Lucky could even operate a CAD program.

The I-beam on the decks doesn't stick out further than the sidewalls. It's all the same thickness, 1".
