...why not just buy a heavier / lighter fork depending on what you want? Alu too light? buy a light chromo fork. Chromo too heavy? buy an alu fork. simple... considering forks range in weights from Seniors/Tsi being heaviest Striker / DSA being mid chromo Phorx / SMX being a heavy ALU...

Oh I don't know, a thin aluminum forktube being a weak idea / bending easily, I've heard many of the IHC shims have broken. But you know, aluminum does that. Blunt could've made their idea a smashing success if they used better stronger materials...

I love the idea of IHC. But blunt is stupid and fucked it up. Chromoly shim + chromoly forks would make this work.
