no. TSI is like a 10 piece deck, phoenix is a 3 piece deck. just because its welded into one solid object doesnt make it one piece. the "X-piece" term refers to how many pieces of metal an object is made of. "one piece" bars are actually 2-pieces, and slayers/crows are 4-pieces.
