this happens from holding your scooter inbetween your feet and constantly rubbing the sides of the deck against your shoes. there's pretty much nothing you can do about it, unless you stop holding your scooter like that...

nope. the neck is welded at the bottom of the headtube, causing the deck to sit a tiny bit lower, resulting in a steeper headtube angle. the headtubes [B,Pro, and old A] are all the same length, just welded at different spots. so old A headtubes are the best for running a 125 front end...

i dunno, those are pretty well placed holes. they're pretty evenly placed too, so i dont think it'll really effect the strength as bad as you think.
