HIC is not a part of the past. I'm seeing far more HIC bars now a days than standard. Proto SHOULD sell oversized bars so you don't need a shim with SCS. OVERSIZED BARS WOULD WORK FOR (big) SCS AND HIC. WHY DOES NO ONE SEE THIS.
