if it folds it's going to be loose. Don't you ride an new A or something? if so there is no fixing that. It will always suck unless you put serious effort into it. Which you should not do, because it's a new A.

Some people aren't as hard on bars as other parts. I haven't broken a pair of bars at the slit in my life. Not even old Razor bars. I always broke those at the welds.
