yeah. make sure you lube up the cups with Canola Oil, and the bearings with butter. it'll spin way faster. ;)

take a piece of wood, and beat the shit out of the cup until it goes in. make sure its like thick cheap wood so you dont damage the cup. 2x4s work well.
