Rob likes this post. Anyway, I murder threaded forks.. and I've yet to break a single threadless fork. Even if you're using ICS, threadless forks are always better than threaded. Pros: Hella stronger Many to choose from Won't break as fast as threaded Don't need to thread anything...

They're good forks and for 45 you can't beat the price. I'd say go for it
