take a hammer and hit the ends of the first star so the bend a little bit, and so they'll fit into the bars better. then, use a bolt that fits through the hole, and hit it in with that. once you cant hit it any farther with that, use a socket bit to hit it in the rest of the way.

that may be so, but my scooters will last shitload longer than yours. so in the end i win, because you're gonna be fuckin' broke from constantly buying parts and new scooters.
