err... you should somehow use this as a way to lock a brake. like, keep messing with it until you find a way to lock the brake. i know alot of people who wanna know how to turn the brake basically into a fender.

Not true for every sealed headset. i have a sealed headset on my scooter, tightened as far down as it'll go, and it spins about 10 - 12 times. the headset was only 20 bucks, and ive had it for over a year =)

on a bike they wear down fast, because you use more force with a bike, which leads to more friction on your bars. on a scooter they last alot longer. therefore, they're the shit. =]
