blue hubbed arent low pro's. blue hubs are on the 110s. im riding a 110 in front on my razor and riding dual 100s on my micro and old a. it feels a lot better with the 110 in front.

SR had a rear brake fender, what happened to it? bend a piece of metal over the wheel, but make sure it doesnt touch it. then just bolt it to your dropouts.

no, most likely your bearings are upside down. for the bottom, make the ball bearings face up and on the top make them face down. also, it might be too tight. tighten the 2 locknuts so the fork doesnt wobble, but it still moves smoothly.
