No. Only OVERSIZED bars are oversized. 1-3/8 BARS. If you see anything but 1 3/8, it's not oversized. Most bars are 1 1/4th. RAD HIC bars, TRON bars (tsi), and some lucky bars are examples.

A lot of people with oversized bars/HIC bars i see run half knucks. I'd go with one of those. I've heard bolts strip on FrID/District clamps. I may be wrong.
