Christ dude. You need to jump out at a DIAGONAL. You jumped outward... Too much, not enough upward... Causing you to fall to the ground. When you flip, jump diagonally, flip fast for the first half. Once you see the ground, control your flip by tucking up or releasing from the tuck to speed...
