Basically, it works just like a camera, You put blu-tac on the inside and then put a sheet of photo paper on that, not exposing it to light while doing that. Have duct-tape or whatever over the 'pin-hole', and take it outside, sit it on something solid, point open your 'shutter', or pinhole...

You're also bolting the dropouts.. Trust me, its Royce, he breaks headtubes, its a solid mod... Anyone with basic knowledge of shapes would know a circle is the strongest shape, not triangles. Circles hold the load more evenly, making it stronger, who cares about ease if it will last...
