SD now comes in up to 8gb i think (Correct me if i'm wrong), which is as much as a compact flash. I'm looking at a Nikon D80, or a Canon 1000d at the moment. Both are pretty much brand new models, and are, from what i've heard, really good entry - mid level cameras.
