Thats bull. To my knowledge, ever since the first grey cores came out (it was like december or jan) each batch of wheels have been defected. Grey cores=bad. Just get low pros, they're not that bad, and they come in pretty color, hehe. Better than having a wheel chunk out and have pink stuff...

Don't try rotating a full 360, just start low where you can keep both feet on and just keep spinning more until you can get a full 3 with both feet on. Other than that just practice.
