My bars are about an inch up from the bottom. they're stock bars too, so i think they're 14 or 13 inches? i dunno. I run them low because I'm short, and theres really a difference in spins and whips and whatnot.

I think he means there should be headset designed for just scooters. that would be hot. A completely 1 peice deck and headtube would be awesome. a front handbrake would be awesome, with a detangler thing too so whips and barspins would still be possible. Stronger wheels of different sizes...
