well the new tsi is probably the most strong out of the 3, then phoenix, and then the old tsi. the old tsi is still super strong though.

yeah, you kinda do. i can do them for like 10 feet, or like 5 seconds, but i have both my feet on the deck because thats how i hang five. basically just move your knees in and out to balance
