In my opinion: go with lucky...heres why -lucky 4.0 is CNC'd (no welds=no breaking in weaker points)/is not even 3 pounds and you can whip easier./ the headtube angle is in between razor and TSI which would seem normal./ costs $103 on skyhighscooters -tsi flowmaster 4.0 (my brother has one)...

norks are not zero offset.

if you want T style bars, go with skyhigh or inwards. both are cheep and good. if not T style, get baby slaYers or crowbars

probably. the only tings i have heard negatively were the plastic bearing cups breaking and ovalizing. I also heard that the urathane slides. *to be honest. i heard that the yak USA is a good wheel. depends what size your eagle is.

the ultra pro fork is a good backup.. but i wouldnt stick with it for a while. might bend
