oh yea and im the least bit stuck up if u really knew me.
and dont call me "bro"
why do i hate som riders?
all i did was speak what i think, its my opinion and if u think about it.
a kid starts riding a scooter does a 180 and hes like hmmm ill make a ramp so i can get a lil bit more air and do a 360, he does one sketchy and progresses..sooner or later comes a 540 or 720 which ever comes first. if u really wanted to do a 1080 u could do it, just like u learned any other trick, practice and experience same with a tw flat u do 2 off a ramp and then u can dub on flat and then triple a ramp and then triple flat and so on or spend more time riding then u do posting ona scooter website.
and no go crazy for videos.
OMG SEND ME THE FOOTY! I DONT THINK U REALLY DID IT, got any ViDz!!?? hey got any videos man. just ride.
know what im sayin

the point is, you were saying a 1080 wouldnt be any more impressive than a 720, me and adam were just speaking our mind, just like you..god damn

yeah, its all about respecting opinions, im not embarassed to say i could never 720 but i could basically 540 flat, so your theory is not true, a double backflip would indeed be more impressive than a single, as a 1080 would be than a 720- why didnt you tell tony hawk that a 900 wouldnt be impressive when he was busting his ass trying to land it, and when he did, his respect grew tenfold.

i go to Rio Hondo College....

tricks get alot harder the more you push them, you have to spin a totally different way for different degres of spins 360,540,720,900,1080.

it is like hell up there, you cant see a damn thing and any way you land you are guaranteed to eat it.

i will post a foam 1080 in the vids...

i couldnt do much about the out of foam 1080 yet since i am getting really screwed up from trying them...

this is pretty frikkin sad too.... some one lock this damn thread.....

oh ya good point also adam....respect them for the time and effort they put into their tricks... :)

taking college classes in high school are generally easier than taking the actual college course at a college. At least thats what our guidance councelor(spelling) told us

i go college and i know what adam means by its hard to ride when your at college.. because college is very important to some people and scooters well to most people are just a spare-time hobby / a bit of fun w/e i still ride now im at college just not as much because its hard to find time to ride, trying to meet deadlines and such, just need to be good at finding time to do all things..

Well Matt, I dont think that it only depends on practise, I think that there's a thing called the general progression of the sport. I mean that, for example, in 2002, scooterflips weren't done by many people (you will prolly say that you could do them in 1964 with a finger in your ass, but I dont care) and thus, they were considered good, hard and original tricks. Now, noobs learn them in no time and everybody's dissing them as theyre considered an easy and overrated - I even remember one person saying that scooterflips are easier than whips for him. This also applies also to backflips, 720s, etc. What I mean is that the progression of the sport makes the tricks easier to learn by not only more people that do the trick so the others can see how to do it when watching a clip or ask for tips, but also breaking some mental barriers. Its hard to do a trick when its considered impossible amongst others. I hope that this makes sense.

it most certainly does, and i most certainly know wat u mean....

i bet ya when someone lands a 1080, or any other really hard trick, people will hav it in ther head that its possible... they wont hav the frame of mind that no one has done it so i probly cant either or no one has landed it yet therfor makin it impossible....

that probly doesnt make sense but that was very well put pete!

Lol thanks. There's also one more thing. There are many good riders but what makes a great rider is an ability to break those mental barriers and push the sport forward by opening others' minds for new tricks, style, riding terrains, etc.
