I have a Tao Tao scooter and it will not start. It turns over fine. Has spark. Has compression. Not sure if it's getting fuel. Hooked fuel line straight from tank to carb and nothing (not flowing freely through carb). Any ideas?

Wrong forum. Here we do tricks on ramps, rails, and stairs n stuff on kick scooters. But try it out. You might enjoy it.
