3 piece bars?

Is there anywhere I can find some 3 piece bars, I really want to get some bars that have a separate crossbar so I can change the width without needing to cut anything, I am trying to build a new setup and I want to get 24 wide bars but I also might want to get a shorter width, but still be able to go back to 24, in other words, having a separate crossbar...

Does anyone know where I can get some bars that have a separate crossbar?
