i have a problem deciding when to throw my bars. i do it either too late or tooo early

help!

it's easier if you throw the bars as soon as you hit the 180, than just rotate rest of the way.

at between 90 and 270 degrees throw it.....not directly when your starting or when your about to land in the middle

Really there is no time though. Its the time your comfortable you know. Like some people throw them right away or at 180. Personaly i think at 180 is the most common and easiest.

i recently figured them out and for me what i do is i jump high go for a 360 and barspin at the 180 point

Trucks look ugly if you wait until the very end to throw the bar. Remember that. Throw the bar at around 180, catch it, and you have good clean sick truck.

Just keep trying different times to throw it. Eventually you'll get comfortable with throwing them at a certain point

i throw them before 90 degrees and immediately then spin the rest, personal preference.

I Usually Throw the barspin right as i hit about 90 degrees, then finish rotating. It Helps if you can 180 Barspin Catch Flat.

don't think about when to throw it, that got me hung up a lot on this trick, just throw it when most comfortable, and make sure to think about your 360 more then your barspin
