Watch some bike videos, examine how they huck them.
Pratice, Start turning early, then jump spin upwards(Helps for me) And just spin then stop it.
Just keep practicing.

Turning your shoulders is a big thing to em', atleast for me. Also tuck your legs up once you hit 180. The more you do them, the easier and more consistant they will get.
