360 Tuck No-Hander

as soon as you start spinning throw the bars in your knees and take your hands off and then just get them back on and land.. not really easy to explain haha but once you get them once theyre really easy.

I suggest having tucks dialled if you wanna do them extended, but basically as soon as you start to spin, tuck and take your hands off, and get them back on at about 180, then just look round and finish the spin. If you have tucks dialled, its hard to do 3 Tucks without extended arms.

can you truck,if u can you basicly do the same thing but instead of throwing the bar,pinch your knees at the 180 in midair then throw the tuck and rotate the rest

use the ball of your knees to lock the bars in and put your hands out to the side at the 180 point.

You gave a bit of a dumbass answer haha. Saying, "Do a 3, and a tuck" isn't gonna help someone learn it haa. It's harder than just combining the two. You gotta know when to throw the tuck.

not really. i have never landed or even attempted to 360 tuck but ill bet you ill land it tomorrow over the ProRide box because its not that hard of a concept at all.

pretty much what everyone said. btyzx878879862cgxg or whatever, its actually not that easy of a trick especially when your learning them. its a LOT harder then just combining the 2, but once you get them there really easy
