only a few thousand people died, It's bad, but alot of other terrible things have happened, we make a big deal about it because it happened on american soil. Look at the holocaust, or the fact that more children have died this month in africa from genocide and starvation, yet people really don't care, because in the back of everyones minds, we see africa as a big piece of sh!t (which most of it is, not racially, just the countries) and Aemerican media is very self righteous
