a chat feature?

well i'm sure i'm not the only person here who thinks a shoutbox would be handy for SR? most forum softwares have chat plugins so it wouldn't be too hard to incorporate. and yes i know, we have a facebook group chat but come on, the more on SR the better, right?

anyway, thoughts?

the forum is based off xenforo i'm pretty sure, so taiga chat would work...
