ya i built my own skoot out of steel flatbar and stainless sheetmetal and it weighed like 15-17 pounds. i could ride that beast better than any razor. and other people like my bro and KC couldnt ride it for shit lol. I could tripple wip it but i think this is because i am used to a heavy bike which i can dub wip :)

Weight usually doesn't effect me much. Would just take me a few jumps to get used to and I'm set. But I know a lot of riders that stay loyal to the same setup just because it works better for them. They're just comfortable with it. 2 lbs doesn't seem like much at all. But on something so small it could make you lose your quad tailwhips. It's the same change from riding A's for years to a B. And it's only 2 inches of a difference haha.

back to the matter at hand i think you should go with micro. if you can find an original one even better those things last AGES i had one that lasted for at least 3 years lol

i got an a4 and it came. everything is better on it and it feels so much better w/ those handlebars :). i think it works really well, enev though its a bit heavier thats better, cuz now i have a scooter that will last a while, especially bolted.
