Yeah that will make them spread. Soap is no good, it gets stuck in your pores. Don't use alcohol either, that leaves your pores open. Hot showers and wash with salicylic acid before you get out, the hot water makes white heads pop on their own its bangin.

Yeah theres some major ones too like suicidal thoughts and some other wild stuff, and you can't drink or anything on it. I'd rather just grow out of the acne and live my life how i want instead of being some slaves to a medicine to get rid of my pimples.

I'm lucky, my brother got really bad acne in junior high but I have never gotten it bad at all, just a few really minor breakouts that are easy to handle.

i have it too. not to bad but it still bothers the shit outta me. i use this gay clerisal crap (dont know if thats how you spell it) but it works pretty good for now. i just hope it doesnt get any worse
