If you mean acscooter5 then it is adonnis. And yeah he does rip people off. He lies about the parts he has(for example bar sizes and condition), I know because I sold him some bar that were 19x16 and he sold them saying they were 20x17, so do whatever you want with him. I have no problem with him being banned.
