Are the signature decks the same as the the art of shredding deck? I know the signatures have different dimensions, colors, and graphics; but is the overall design, strength, and all the same?

Everything is the same on each deck according to every site which is selling them.

4.56 inches wide x 21.25-21.6 inches long.
