What do you do when you run out of addict brakes.. and dont say buy one cuz aint no way no how im doing that.

I was thinking of perhaps remolding one myself.. I always find a way to make shit work.

lol, it would cost more to remold one then to buy new ones.

I know shop ecx sold them for 10 dollars, and you got like 4 of them.

Noo noo. I dont mean re-mold an exact shape one.. like take a plastic garbage can, cut a piece, heat it so it bends easy, then bend it right and bend the walls so it huggs around the wheel like addict and district brakes.
plus I dont really feel like paying and waiting for the brakes to ship to my house

nah you have to file it to use a district brake.. i think this homemade plastic method will work well.. and if it does, i'll make a tutorial to help all others with addicts

Finding a plastic which can handle the heat an Addict brake can is almost impossible. Your best bet is to buy spring steel, cut and bend it, drill two holes, and mount it the the deck.

no plastic can handle the heat.. its all gonna melt down some kind of way.. but since a plastic garbage can is just a couple of dollars and you could make like 30 brakes from it thats a pretty good deal
