I've been working on airing the spine at my local park for a few days now, I just don't seem to hit it right.
Any tips on it?
I can post a video of the size of it too.

Yeah I dunno, my friend watched me and he told me to keep my feet on but I went like 2 feet over it, so I think I just a have a little too much speed.

^^lmao.

I've never done a spine over like 3 or 4 ft tall so I should not be talking, but the bmxers who do the 6ft gigantor spine at one park near me kinda do a small moto whip if you know what I mean in order to do it smooth and not loop out.

Yeah the kids that I ride with all bike, so that's all they do (And frankly they hog the ---- out of it).
The spine I'm doing is around 3 feet..
Here's a video of it compared to me: ]

just get speed and get comfortble with transition. you dont launch out of a spine, just boost upwards and learn forward.

i scoot bowl. i find that the hips on the bowl are alot like spines. just try on a hip and keep taking it higher and higher until u can air over them. i can get up to 3-4 ft air out a 6ft spine, so yeah. and it deff transfers over to a real spine, ive tried

dont try to travel forward when you air spines. go straight up, and point your nose down on the decent. lean forward when you come down, and land. thats really all there is to it.

Not so much a spine that size but when you get to 5-6 ft you want to carve it. Maybe people will not agree but yeah.
