Nice trick, not a 'front buttercup' though. Many people did some forms of double whip front bris, the real deal about the original buttercup is about twisting the whip into a back briflip. Here, the scooter goes into front bri automatically.

It's not a double whip inward. It's a TAILWHIP TO INWARD TO TAILWHIP.
