You could just keep using the same tub (or whatever you use) full of dye for as many wheels as you want.

I dyed a lot of wheels.
But I dyed a clear pro wheel purple, it was soooo nice.

No matter what you use, you cannot remove colour from a wheel.

wow im dying my eagles atm and i picked royal blue and they are turning out purple.. they were white

if u dye ur grips, if they have flanges u dont want, dye the flanges first to see if it works

Not all clothing dyes work. Even though RIT is a type of clothing dye, not all dyes work. The best I can advise is to try the brand you have in mind and hope all goes well.

i will try whit my razor pro wheel first but if its dry dye how much do i need for one wheel half or a hole package
