By filming a sponsor video that you know will draw some good attention and vibe to. You will know its good once you realize how hard you worked on it, and once you are able to see yourself riding/competing at the same level as the other known/sponsered riders today.

Sorry bud. You shouldn't go looking to get sponsored though. I did, and the months I spent filming and trying to edit were a complete loss. Stick with riding for fun, compete a lot, and if a company wants you they'll sponsor you. But for now, ride for fun.
