Come on, so many of us want this to be the best website out there, but sadly TRW has more people willing to do work... We have good mods, but without direction... What should we be expanding on? I know you're busy, and I really get it, but I don't have creative genius to come up with awesome ideas and put them to work. I need to blindly follow as told, but no one is telling us what to do, so we are doing minimal moderation instead of making the content of SR new and exciting like it should be. We have such a large user base as well as OG's watching everything going on but "swearing they're over SR" and such. Let's get this site going again. I really want to see it what it used to be, the ONLY resource for all your scooter related needs, haha.

yes. I'd gladly review every part i've ever had and post it up, but i have no access to the main page or anything.

and the wordpress thing doesnt work either.

Wow, I definitely broke the "no posting under the influence" rule, I don't remember doing this at all lol. Regardless, that is exactly how I felt and still feel, so it's all good.

Word. I'm down. Now that all of my future plans for PROTO and FD are well on their way I was already planning on getting SR beefed back up again (if you couldn't tell with the home page layout change). I just really needed to dedicate all my time to those first to make sure they were stable. SR took a pretty hard hit when everyone bailed but we still get a hundred times more traffic than any other scooter site on the internet so I wasn't really too worried about it dying if I took a break to focus on other things for a bit.

Plus my web hosting was a total disaster the past 2 years and I just now finally have everything pretty much set back up the way it used to be with access to everything I need which I did not have for way too long.

First things first we need to start with the super easy regular updates... POTW, VOTW(COTW?) and SOTM just to get back in the swing of things and to get the community involved again like it used to be. Once we have those going solid then we can discuss expanding the rest of the content. Before we can even open mod/admin/writer applications we need to first show everyone that SR is stable and growing again otherwise the people who we really need their help won't take it seriously and we will end up getting a bunch of worthless apps. We can't just "ask" people to come back we have to give them a reason first (even though they all still probably lurk).

Aside from the regular weekly SR updates we also need to be posting general news throughout the sport. I have been posting up all the Razor Exposed stuff that I get from Kimberly but I know there is tons more that I have not posted, am over looking or simply don't know about. On that note you guys are free to post whatever you feel is relevant and notable in the sport at the time, unbiasedly, and not because someone is or isn't paying us to do it if you know what I mean. SR can't be bought or it defeats the purpose of supplying REAL information to the sport.

Can you or can you not login and post from WordPress because this is a requirement and if you can't I need to set you up.

I am going to rebuild the admin section right now to correspond with the main site links so we can discuss all future updates in appropriate categories so we can discuss the new SR in further detail.

Andrew I think having news and whatnot on the main page is a great idea and so are all the other things you mentioned. I can log in on wordpress, so no need to set me up there, but if you can do something to help me out with Ambush's problem posting it would be great.

Still can't touch wordpress. I think you should switch the O's in my name, with the "Rob" name that hasn't been touched in 5 years. It says "invalid username", so i think thats the problem.
