angle?

I'm making the same neckplates that fernando [scooterperu] has.
But I want the same headtube angle as an stock razor pro.
Does anyone know the amount of degrees for that?

i think an old a headtube is like 86-88 degrees. pro headtubes arent as steep, though.

once you make them, try to make a tutorial on how to do it, i just ordered a micro and id like a little more in depth how to on making these

yeah shure, I'll put some drawings with it too, for different headtube angles. Theyre acutally really simple to make, but you have to saw them exactly right and you should be able to get the materials. Cause you'll need at least 8mm thick aluminium plates.

BTW: I've made some templates out of cardboard. And it seems that 83 degrees should be fine. Cause I also have a template of 80 degrees and it looked way too sketchy. So should i go for the 82 degree angle?

83 is nearly as steep as xt
its up to you though
id personally go for 87.

damn, that XT angle is way too steep for me, dont like it at all. Then I'll just make a testplate out of thin alu with an 80 degree angle. Just to ride it around the driveway to feel the 80D angle. Hopefully that should be the right one.

Is there any way to measure the angle I have on my promod as it is now?

can you use a hacksaw? id make them myself but i dont have any place to saw it perfectly
