exactly.

i ride tank also, and imo thats just not a great design. a giant hunk of metal as a foldy is gonna be a bit too heavy and expensive for the amount of strength it would provide.

maybe if you machined out the inside, put brackets on the outside and bolted/welded it to the deck with along with a forward reinforcement (like on a pro) it would be good. but still, to much money. and if your going to design and make a new neck thing like that (which you should), design one that doesn't fold. nice work anyway tho

At least Pete's scooter isn't made out of full blocks, he used reasonable amount of tubes.
And remarkably, he defenetaly spent more time figuring out and designing his parts how NOT to make it unnecessarely heavy unlike Garrad's foldy-piece.

beleive me people it really not heavy atall, i know in the pic it look slike it gunna weigh a ton but it doesn't, but it doesnt really matter what you think does it really ? cause i got one and am really happy with it knowing that that thing isnt going to snap anytime soon !!!!! If that thing snaps like the original micro foldy ill give you my scooter i swear !!!
