Apex Internal Starnut HELP

Sorry for making a new thread,
I have apex quantum forks and an mgp ninja deck. The guy i got them off sawed half an inch off, with the inbuilt starnut inside them and sawed through it as well.
Now i want to get the starnut out, but it is only a little bit of thread as the top part was sawn off.
any help is appreciated

I cant see the problem, what compression are you running? because you could still run scs and hic but i dont think ics also, thers no starnut in there its an internal threading, so whats the actual problem?

i cant tighten the internal threading. i have a new internal starnut, but i cant use it until i get rid of this

do they still work? you could use headset spacers but there ugly as shit

they work but undialed. maybe if i super glued a bolt in, then unscrewed it the internal thread would come out too?
