are low pros and yak scats anygood?

havn't rode scats but i heard there only a good front wheel and low pros are really slow but smooth better off just using stock pro's hotglued instead of them and then just save for some eagles or something.

i ride a low in the front and its not horrible but i would say their atleast good for begginers i mean u cant go wrong with 2 wheels for 8 bucks that come in a million collers
